DailyInventory.net (“Daily Inventory,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using DailyInventory.net (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• You confirm that all registration information you provide is accurate and kept current.
• The Service is offered worldwide but is controlled from the United States.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We protect data with TLS 1.2/1.3, bcrypt-hashed passwords, and encrypted storage, but no system is 100 % secure.

4. Your Content

“User Content” means the journal entries and other data you submit. You own your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive worldwide licence to store, back up, and display it solely to provide the features you request.

• You may export or delete your User Content at any time via Settings.
• Deleted items are removed from live databases immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that policy.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
• Do not attempt to access or disrupt systems or data that you do not own.
• Do not reverse-engineer or copy the Service beyond what the law allows.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all software, graphics, and text on the Service are our property or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own self-improvement activities.

8. No Professional Advice

Daily Inventory is a self-reflection tool, not medical, psychological, or legal advice. We are not HIPAA-certified. Always consult a qualified professional for health or legal matters.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—or for any loss of data or profits—arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and sending notice via e-mail or in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
